in Idaho Falls area. The pictures are an attempt to demonstrate the
style of the homes. But, obviously, there is tremendous variation in
style and pricing. Schools may vary in a given subdivision. If

Canterbury Park
Description:
South side of Idaho Falls off of Sunnyside. Next to Stonebrook
(see below). Probably the most impressive subdivision in the
area. Large custom homes with large lots. Compares with
upper-end subdivisions in virtually any major city. Begun in 1990s.
Lots sold out.

Description:
East of Idaho Falls about 10 minutes on the East Hills.
Mostly large custom homes with spectacular views of the Snake River
Valley. Large lots (most an acre or more). Subdivision
begun in 1970s and lots still available.
