What a May

Well we were extremely busy in May and June appears to be continuing the trend. Sales prices have been some what lower but volume is up.

We are encouraged by the market and see a good suimmer sellling season shaping up.

Rates continue at historic lows and prices are down. It would be hard to pick a bettertime to buy.
